People Space Community Guidelines (PSCG)

Effective Date: 30th November 2025

These People Space Community Guidelines (“PSCG” or “Guidelines”) constitute a legally binding framework governing the conduct of all Employers, Job Seekers, Recruiters, Agencies, and Organizations (“Users”) who access or use the People Space Platform (“Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, Users agree to comply with these Guidelines. Violations may result in suspension, termination, data deletion, or legal action in accordance with Section 12.

SECTION 1 — GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.01 Scope of Applicability

  • Employers posting jobs or projects
  • Job Seekers applying for roles
  • Recruiters and hiring agencies
  • Third-party service providers
  • Any User communicating via the Platform

1.02 Acceptance of Guidelines

Creating an account or using any People Space service constitutes acceptance of these Guidelines.

1.03 Binding Effect

These Guidelines carry the same force as a contractual agreement.

1.04 Amendments

People Space may update these Guidelines at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance of updates.

1.05 Enforcement Authority

People Space retains full discretion to investigate, enforce, and apply penalties as outlined in Section 12.

SECTION 2 — USER ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

2.01 Account Accuracy

Users must provide accurate, truthful, and current information at all times.

2.02 Identity Verification

Verification may be requested at any time. Failure to comply may result in suspension.

2.03 Account Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and preventing unauthorized access.

2.04 Multiple Accounts

Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or manipulate activity is prohibited.

2.05 Account Transfers

Accounts may not be transferred, sold, rented, or shared without authorization.

SECTION 3 — PROHIBITED CONDUCT

3.01 Fraud and Misrepresentation

Fraudulent job posts, fake profiles, falsified documents, or deceptive practices are strictly prohibited.

3.02 Impersonation

Impersonating any person, organization, or People Space staff is not allowed.

3.03 Abuse of Communication Tools

  • Spam or unsolicited messages
  • Harassment or threats
  • Phishing or extortion attempts
  • Unrelated promotions

3.04 Unauthorized Access

Hacking, scraping, automation abuse, or system manipulation is prohibited.

3.05 Illegal Activity

The Platform must not be used for illegal employment practices, scams, or unlawful activities.

SECTION 4 — EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITIES

4.01 Job Posting Standards

  • Accurate job descriptions
  • Truthful compensation details
  • Genuine hiring intent
  • No discriminatory requirements

4.02 Non-Discrimination

Discrimination based on protected characteristics is strictly prohibited.

4.03 Payment & Compensation Integrity

Misrepresentation of salary or benefits is not permitted.

4.04 Scam Job Prohibition

Registration fees, training payments, or upfront charges result in immediate termination.

4.05 Abuse of Hiring Power

Exploitation, forced labor, or misleading trial work is prohibited.

SECTION 5 — JOB SEEKER RESPONSIBILITIES

5.01 Accurate Information

Job Seekers must provide truthful qualifications and documents.

5.02 Application Integrity

Manipulating applications or rankings through abuse is prohibited.

5.03 Prohibited Conduct

  • Applying without intent to accept
  • Harassing employers
  • Using forged or misleading documents

5.04 Trial Work

Unpaid or forced work requests must be reported immediately.

SECTION 6 — COMMUNITY STANDARDS

6.01 Respect & Professionalism

All Users must maintain respectful and professional conduct.

6.02 Zero Tolerance for Discrimination

Discriminatory behavior may result in permanent account deletion.

6.03 Data Handling & Privacy

Sharing personal data without consent is prohibited.

SECTION 12 — ENFORCEMENT & PENALTIES

  • Warning notices
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent suspension
  • Account termination
  • Content or data removal
  • Legal escalation where necessary

SECTION 21 — FINAL PROVISIONS

These Guidelines constitute the entire agreement governing Platform conduct. Continued use confirms acknowledgment and acceptance.
