Employers: Getting Started

This guide provides a comprehensive overview to help employers get started with People Space. Whether you are creating a new employer account or revisiting your existing setup, the steps below will guide you through secure access, verification, and activation of employer features.

1. Choose Your Access Method

You can access People Space using one of the following supported platforms:

• Web Access:
  Visit https://peoplespace.online/employer/login
• Mobile Access:
  Download the People Space mobile application from the Google Play Store.

2. Access the Employer Panel

After selecting your preferred access method, proceed to the Employer Panel. You may either sign in to an existing account or create a new employer account.

To register or sign in, the following information is required:

• Registered business name
• Valid email address
• Telephone number
• Business address

Once this information is submitted, the system will guide you through the remaining onboarding steps.

3. Email Verification

To ensure account security, a verification code will be sent to your registered email address.

Enter the verification code to confirm ownership of the email address and gain access to your employer account.

4. Account Review and Verification

After successful email verification, your account details are automatically submitted to the People Space support team for review.

Accounts are reviewed to ensure compliance with the following policies:

• User Agreement
• Content Guidelines
• Terms of Use

Account verification is required before you can access the following employer features:

• Posting job vacancies
• Browsing and engaging with job seekers
• Using advanced employer and recruitment tools

During the review period, certain features will remain restricted to protect the platform and prevent spam, fraud, or misuse.

Review Timeframe

• Standard review period: 24 hours to 7 days
• During high-demand periods: up to 14 working days
• Account review is free of charge and will remain free
• Optional Expedite Add-On: priority review within 1–2 hours

5. After Approval

Once your employer account is fully verified and approved, you will gain full access to the People Space AI-powered career platform.

You can now:

• Post and manage job listings
• Discover and connect with qualified job seekers
• Utilize advanced recruitment and employer tools

You are now ready to begin hiring and managing recruitment activities on People Space.
